SUMMARY:Chat 4 Change: Not Today\, Imposter! Claiming Our Seats at the Table
DESCRIPTION:Moderated by WFCO President & CEO Renee Ferrufino\, this interactive event will bring together women from different cultures\, professions\, and lived experiences to explore imposter syndrome\, belonging\, and what it looks like to claim space with confidence and clarity. \nIt’s not just you! An alarmingly high percentage of women carry quiet doubts about whether we truly belong—especially in spaces not designed with us in mind. These feelings\, often referred to as “imposter syndrome\,” are not personal shortcomings\, but common responses to navigating systems and settings that have historically excluded us. \nJoin The Women’s Foundation of Colorado on the evening of March 11 for an intimate\, interactive conversation\, in which three women from different cultures\, professions\, and lived experiences will share how they’ve navigated self-doubt\, visibility\, and belonging. Together\, we’ll reflect on how as women we can claim space\, recognize our impact\, and show up with greater clarity and confidence—without needing anyone’s permission. \nPanelists:                              \n\nChrysta Bairre\, Fort Collins author and speaker on banishing burnout\, overcoming impostor syndrome\, and workplace mental health\nJoanne Liu\, Denver community leader and founder of nonprofit organization Asian Girls Ignite\nStephanie Rideau\, Vice President of Operations for Comcast Business\, 2025 Women in Cable Telecommunications Rocky Mountain Woman of the Year\n\nSpace is limited for this special event. Please register today to ensure you have your seat at the table!
