SUMMARY:Integration and Value Creation Panel
DESCRIPTION:Closing the deal is just the beginning. The real work — and the real value — happens after. \nJoin us for an intimate panel conversation focused on post-merger integration: what actually works\, what quietly kills deal value\, and how the best operators set themselves up to win before the ink even dries. Our panelists have been in the trenches across a range of deal sizes and industries\, and they’re here to share the hard-won lessons that don’t make it into the pitch deck. \nWe’ll cover the critical decisions that shape integration outcomes\, the early warning signs that a deal is going sideways\, and the practical frameworks practitioners are using right now to drive value realization. Whether you’re advising on a transaction\, leading an integration\, or preparing a company for sale\, this conversation is built for the people doing the real work. \nLunch will be provided. Seats are limited — register early.
