The Greek root of philanthropy can be literally translated as "loving people." In modern use, it is most often used to refer specifically to giving money. Why can't it mean both? Our goal is to create a community of philanthropists who are giving at every level, promoting inclusiveness and want to learn about trust-based philanthropy practices in community with others.
